Popular sights within easy reach include the RSPB Nature Reserve at Dunnet Head where you can spot many nesting birds and go for a stroll along the beautiful sandy beach at Dunnet Bay. Ensure you visit the Castle of Mey and gardens which provides an insight into the Queen Mother who had loved this castle so dearly. There are numerous other castles and ruins along this northern coastline worth seeing including Old St Peter s Church and Brims Castle to name just two. The property entrance leads into a hallway where you will find the spacious lounge which contains a Smart TV and a large wireless Bluetooth speaker that doubles up as a side table. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains an electric oven gas hob dishwasher fridge and Bosch coffee machine and a dining table that seats four guests. Leading off from the kitchen is a small utility area with a microwave washing machine and tumble dryer which leads through to a door to access the garage that is available for guest use. In the garage you will find a large chest freezer and plenty of space for storing kayaks golf clubs fishing gear bikes and even motorbikes. Back inside the house there are two good sized bedrooms; one double bedroom and one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished. Across the hall from the double bedroom there is a shower room with WC meaning that both rooms have access to their own bathroom. Outside the large lawned garden is completely enclosed making it safe for four-legged guests and children.
