With great transport links nearby you will also be within a short drive of the stunning cathedral city of Exeter and within an easy drive of popular tourist destinations of the south coast and the unspoilt villages along the northern coastline. Other attractions within easy reach include Meldon Reservoir and Viaduct Lydford Gorge Roadford Lake the Miniature Pony Centre Crealy Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties. On entering this immaculate three-storey townhouse you will find yourself in the large hall a perfect place to leave muddy boots after a walk on Dartmoor. Head up two flights of steep stairs to the first floor and enter the light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner.
