Introduction

The property is situated near the village of Roch about 7.5 miles North of Haverfordwest. There are many countryside and woodland walks in the local area or bring your bike and make the most of Pembrokeshire excellent cycle routes. The village has a pub and village shop for your convenience. If you want a day at the beach Newgale can be reached within 4 miles and is popular with surfers all year round – the golden sand and pebble beach is a must when you re in the area! Take the coastal road to St David s the smallest city in Britain where you will find an array of independent cafes delicatessens and restaurants to choose from and visit the fantastic Cathedral just 11 miles from the property. As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into the open plan living/kitchen/dining space. In the lounge you will find two comfortable leather sofas nestled around the television and wood burner light the fire and enjoy a cosy night reading books or enjoying your favourite programmes and movies on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is situated just behind the lounge creating a practical social space for the family to enjoy. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and induction hob dishwasher microwave and washer/dryer. The extendable dining table has adequate seating for everyone so you can enjoy a meal together as a family or spend an evening playing board games. This accommodation is all on one level so all three bedrooms and the bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request). The second bedroom is a generously proportioned king-size room with storage and a dressing table. The third bedroom has a set of triple bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single at the top – ideal for children. The bathroom has been fitted with families in mind with a bath plus a separate freestanding shower and WC. To the rear of the cottage you will find the beautiful garden. The garden has been mostly laid to lawn with a raised deck area for the hot tub and outdoor dining table plus a BBQ has been provided so that guests may enjoy dining al fresco. There is one allocated parking space to the front of the cottage and two visitor spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link (which can be made as a twin on request), 1 king size and 1 triple bunk room (single and double). 1 bathroom with bath and freestanding shower. Kitchen electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Travel cot and highchair available. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Smart TV and Playstation 3. Lawned garden with hot tub and BBQ. One allocated parking space and two visitor spaces (subject to availability) . Beach 4 miles, shop and pub just under 2 miles.
