Venture into the town and you will find two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach perfect for those who enjoy the sun and surf and from here you can also enjoy some spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path. Other local amenities include a golf course and tennis courts alongside a great selection of independent shops pubs and restaurants. Also nearby the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg.

Venturing back inside the final bedroom is located next to this and consists of a spacious super-king-size bed boasting a TV sea views and an en-suite shower room and WC. The rest of the accommodation comprises the fabulous kitchen/diner and lounge the first of which is the impressive kitchen/diner with feature vaulted ceiling and French doors to outside meaning that in warm weather you can dine alfresco with ease.

The kitchen area itself is also brilliantly appointed and equipped and offers a gas oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher.
