Introduction

Set at the top of a valley with far-reaching views across the beautiful Devon countryside. This cottage is part of nine attractive cottages with shared facilities. Here you will be able to relax in the sunshine whilst the children can enjoy hours of fun in the heated swimming pool or play pool or table tennis inside the games pavilion. Only 2 miles away is Watermouth Castle family theme park which is set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Across from here is Watermouth bay activities centre where you can have a go at coasteering or paddleboarding. The seaside village of Combe Martin is under 3 miles away and has a sheltered cove and is a great spot for rock pooling. Stepping inside the characterful cottage you will find the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and WC. Upstairs you will walk into an open plan lounge/diner where you will be able to relax after a day of fun and adventure on the comfortable sofas and watch one of your favourite movies on the TV which also has a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make the family a great breakfast or evening meal including an electric cooker dishwasher fridge-freezer washing machine and microwave. Immediately outside the cottage is a bench where you can enjoy the views across the countryside or take your four-legged friend for a walk. You can also dine alfresco as there is the use of a gas BBQ. There is a large children s play area a large games room with table tennis a pool table and an indoor soccer table. A heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi is on-site to spend the day relaxing.
