Saunton Sands Golf course is a must for golfers with 36 holes of beautiful Championship Links Golfs. Within 7 miles you have two more stunning seaside villages Croyde and Woolacombe and they are the mecca for surfing and paddle boarders.

Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coastal Path on your doorstep path and Exmoor only 20 miles away with its magical moorlands and woodland walks. Keen cyclists will appreciate the 180 miles long Tarka Trail that is off-road cycling along the coast. Step inside this beautiful detached holiday home and the hallway will lead you into the open plan lounge/kitchen which is a delightful social space.

The lounge has large comfy sofas to relax on in front of the Smart TV where you can enjoy a movie with your family and friends. There is a fire pit to snuggle in around and toast those marshmallows while chatting about your days of adventure. There is also a lazy spa provided where you can have many hours of relaxation. At the front of the property there is ample private parking for 3 cars.
