Explore the northern Pennines Waterfalls and Derwent gorge which is only 3 miles from the property. There are ample local pubs and restaurants to visit in Shotley bridge as well as a 18 hole golf course with glorious views. Emerge out of the well-kept gardens and in to the spacious open-plan living space.

Kick back and relax on the L shaped sofa bed which can sleep two extra guests while watching enjoying a film on the Smart TV. Cook up a storm in the well-designed fully fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge.
