The picturesque village of Kenmore (3.5miles) offers a great range of amenities including The Scottish Crannog Centre restaurants friendly old inns and shops. With the bustling picture postcard town of Aberfeldy just 9 miles away and located by the banks of the River Tay it is perfect for salmon and trout fishing and boasts an array of excellent eateries friendly inns quirky shops and cinema.

Due to its rural location in a tranquil hamlet of houses with neighbours nearby this property is perfect for quiet family reunions but it is not suitable for parties or guests wishing to entertain. The well-equipped kitchen with magnificent views over the loch is the perfect space to cook up a storm with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and ground coffee espresso machine. Finally completing this unique accommodation is another pretty double bedroom.

Venturing outside there is a hot tub an enclosed patio with seating area firepit charcoal BBQ and quirky original post office box. There is also a raised balcony with direct access from the lounge with a comfortable seating area with magnificent views over Loch Tay and beautiful surrounding glens. There is off-road private parking available for four cars.
