The cottage is also in a prime position for guests to visit the well-renowned Eden Project which is just 5 miles away or you can walk to the National Trust s Lanhydrock House and gardens. Finally even closer to home those walkers and cyclists amongst you are well catered for having easy access to the Camel Trail Bodmin Moor and Cardinham Woods. For golfers the Lanhydrock Golf Course and restaurant is under a mile away.

The property is close to the A30 allowing easy access to South Cornwall including Land s End St Michael s Mount and St Ives. Upon entering the cottage you will immediately be enticed by a mix of luxury and charm. With space to hang your coat and walking poles provided you have everything you need to enjoy the surrounding trails.

The kitchen space is well equipped including an electric range cooker microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer whilst there is also a dining table fit for two to enjoy a romantic meal. Moving back through the home you will find your way to the bedroom which contains a king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space too. If the Smart TV in the lounge wasn t enough you have an additional Smart TV in this room also. This room then leads directly onto the cottage bathroom which provides a choice of a spa bath or a separate shower and a WC.

Outside the fully enclosed garden which is a real sun trap is incredibly well designed to contain all those features needed to make the most of any sunny day or starry night.
