The loch is also great for water lovers with activities including paddleboarding wakeboarding kayaking and water skiing available. The beautiful Balloch Castle Country Park is 1 mile away and has impressive views over the loch and you can enjoy the Fairy Glen Chinese garden pleasure grounds quarry pond kitchen garden secret garden woodlands and parklands. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall where you can hang your coats and take off your muddy shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable lounge relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Doors open into the dining area where you can delight your guests with a delicious evening meal around the large table that seats 8 comfortably. French doors open into the garden extending this space further. Continuing back through the hallway you are then met with the well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Open the French doors leading directly outside while enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast table. Continuing back through the hall you will find a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. There are three light and bright double rooms one with an en-suite shower and WC. Venturing outside there is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with your own hot tub bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is parking at the front of the property in the courtyard for three cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 3 doubles. 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC and 1 en suite shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TV in lounge. Garden with seating, gazebo and charcoal BBQ. Private Hot Tub charged at 250 per week, payable before arrival (available from 10am 10pm daily). Please note this property has external CCTV cameras. Off road private parking for 3 cars.
