The loch itself is a great place for water lovers with activities including paddleboarding wakeboarding kayaking and water skiing available you can even cruise across it and spot the local wildlife. Less than a mile from the property you can find the wonderful Balloch Castle Country Park with its 19th-century castle and sweeping views across the surrounding Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. If you fancy donning walking boots the start of the West Highland Way can be found in Milngavie (17 miles) and traversing this will take you through a huge variety of breath-taking scenery. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall where you can hang your coats and take off your muddy shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable open-plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Relax on the comfy sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Doors open into the dining area and enjoy your evening meal around the large table that seats 8 comfortably with French doors opening into the outside. Continuing back through the hall you will find a shower room with WC and two double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower and WC and one twin. Venturing outside there is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with your own hot tub bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is off-road parking at the front of the property in the courtyard for three cars.
