The close by Hunstanton (4 miles) has a wonderful golf course traditional amusements and a sea life centre. The world-famous Sandringham Estate is just 3 miles away and you have a splendid beach at Heacham (4 miles) Thornham (8 miles) Brancaster (10 miles) and Wells-next-the-sea (17 miles). The popular Georgian village of Burnham Market with a host of shops pubs and restaurants is just 11 miles away. Step inside this magnificent home and you will instantly get a feel for the care and attention that has gone into ensuring this is more than just a home away from home but also bursting with additional touches to give it a real luxury feel throughout ensuring you have the most pleasant of stays. The large ground floor consists of three loving areas the first area to relax and unwind in would be the lounge area boasting three comfortable sofas two armchairs a large 70 Smart TV with Sky movies and sports which all surround a gorgeous open fire perfect for autumnal or cold dark winter nights. The sitting room has two sofas a wall mounted Smart TV also with Sky movies and sports and a desk and chair perhaps a perfect spot to place your laptop for those needing to catch up on emails and you also have a wood burner here for added ambience. The snug has a L-shaped sofa and another Smart TV so perhaps pick a movie and settle the children down whilst dinner is being prepared. The well-appointed and stylish kitchen will have all you need to lovingly prepare a hearty meal even on a larger scale for all guests with a Range double and gas hob a combination microwave oven a fridge/freezer two dishwashers a Smart TV to keep the chef entertained and a separate utility area with a washing machine perhaps ideal for washing any sand out of your socks after a day out on the local beach and a drying cabinet. Once dinner is ready serve up in the wonderful dining room which is just off from the kitchen which has enough seating for all 14 guests and where you can enjoy some backdrop views of the beautiful garden over some good conversation and tasty food.
