The pretty seaside town of Bude is only 11 miles away with its vast sandy beaches watersports including surfing and a plethora of shops and independent cafes pubs and restaurants that make this a great day out.

Walking enthusiasts will love the rugged coastline walks and a visit to Hartland Quay offers stunning walks 16 miles away. North Devon is great for cyclists with 180 miles of off-road cycling on the Tarka Trail through woodlands and along the coastline with picnic areas cafes and pubs along the way. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor a zip-n-link (can be made into twins on request) a double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC. Completing this floor there are a further two family bathrooms one with a shower over the bath and WC and a shower room with WC.

The large kitchen/dining has everything you need to entertain and cook up some of your favourite dishes and impress your friends and family. To complete the accommodation there is a utility room which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside you have a choice of two gardens both of these are enclosed safe places for children and your four-legged friends.
