Hop in the car and explore the cathedral city of Truro with its wonderful independent shops art galleries and cobbled streets 8 miles away.

Perfectly situated to explore both Cornish coastlines including the fishing villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown harbour the Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Tregothnan Trewithen Caerhays to the South all within 15 miles. North you ll find Newquay with its array of beaches and water sports galore or enjoy a day at Newquay Zoo or Waterworld which are also within 15 miles. With character throughout and tasteful interiors this is a wonderful Cornish delight with a blend of old and contemporary comforts.

Relax on one of the comfy chairs or sofa and watch the Smart TV after a day of exploring. Head through the dining area with seating for all and up three steps into the light and contemporary kitchen equipped with everything you ll need for your holiday. From here is the utility and family bathroom. The steep cottage staircase takes you to the king-size and single bedrooms both with plenty of storage. Three more steps lead to the double bedroom which is just as beautifully furnished and has low ceilings.

Outside you are spoilt with choice with three garden areas to unwind in including a patio terrace with seating and BBQ an enclosed and private hot tub to bubble away under the night sky and additionally a huge enclosed lawn with fire pit perfect for socialising on a summers evening under the stars.
