This homely bungalow sits within the tranquil Devonshire countryside just a few miles from the Cornwall border allowing guests to tour both counties with ease. Enjoy the surrounding picturesque countryside walks or if the coast is more your style then the well renowned South West Coast Path is certainly worth exploring. Guests can access this at the hugely popular Bude just 12 miles away. The coastal town has a fine array of eateries and shops but also offers fun activities too including pedalos on the canal ten-pin bowling and of course the choice of 3 glorious sandy beaches perfect for paddle boarding and surfing. Other options close by including Dartmoor National Park (18 miles) and The Milky Way adventure Park (17 miles). Upon entering this contemporary bungalow you will soon notice the light and stylish interior it has on offer. You will initially come through into the opening hallway with access to each of the rooms from here. The lounge is well furnished with two comfortable reclining sofas and an additional armchair from which to take your pick of your favourite films on the Smart TV. Better still open a board game in front of the roaring wood burner for a lovely family evening spent together. Make your way through to the kitchen/diner where guests have all they need for a convenient and relaxing stay whilst all can sit comfortably on the dining table also positioned in this room. In addition to the kitchen/diner there is also an accompanying utility area that holds the washing machine tumble dryer freezer wash basin and a separate WC. Further onwards will bring you through to the bungalow s three bedrooms the master bedroom provides a super-king-size zip-and-link bed the second bedroom with a king-size and finally the single room holds one single bed with the option of a travel cot too upon request. Completing the interior is the family bathroom. A short walk up the drive from the property brings guests to the fabulous indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub complete with changing rooms and showers. A perfect combination of relaxation and excitement. At the property itself guests will enjoy the private enclosed garden and woodland area ideal for pets and young children to explore. This space also provides outdoor seating BBQ and a fire pit from which to enjoy this peaceful spot with beautiful picturesque views.
