The local amenities are all within walking distance offering a cinema Newquay Aquarium Newquay golf course as well as an array of bars shops and restaurants to visit.

There are plenty of other destinations and attractions to explore including Watergate Bay The Eden Project and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens all within 20 miles. For keen walkers there are breath-taking walks around Newquay and to Crantock (4 miles). Access this fantastic converted chapel via your own private entrance.

The ground floor offers three spacious bedrooms two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as a twin upon request) as well as a king-size along with a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a separate shower room and WC.
