The property is approached via it s own private drive it provides a relaxing base from which you can explore the beautiful landscape of mid Devon. There are lots of many pretty villages such as Bickleigh which has the River Exe meandering through it and the popular Mill that offers boutique shopping and artisan foods.

The distinctive dark red soil being typical in this area making it a scenic setting ideal for walking and all manner of country pursuits. Accessible as close to the nearby town of Tiverton which has a pretty canal offering boats for hire. Slightly further afield is the city of Exeter with its huge variety of shops and restaurants. Relax in the comfortable lounge area with feature fireplace limestone flooring and cosy wood burner.

Snuggle up on the corner suite and watch a film on the TV/DVD or open the bi folding doors and listen to the sounds of the calming water feature or chat to those in the outside hot tub.
