Clovelly (1.6 miles) and Hartland Quay (7 miles) are well worth a visit with cobbled streets and spectacular cliff formations. Westward Ho! (10 miles) has two miles of golden sandy beach plus a range of shops pubs restaurants and a championship golf course. Nearby Appledore (12 miles) is a traditional fishing village steeped in nautical history with a Maritime Museum bustling quayside shops pubs and restaurants.

After arriving at this impressive property you will find yourself in the entrance hall which leads through to the large and welcoming kitchen fully equipped and with a large island unit and breakfast bar it s a great social space. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with a separate WC and a door leading out to the covered hot tub. Back through the kitchen leads to a grand dining hall with high ceiling and large French doors and windows which offer great views over the lawn and Devon countryside.

The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor and can be accessed by either of the two staircases that lead to the impressive galleried landing which overlooks the dining hall. The remaining 5 bedrooms consist of 3 king size bedrooms one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower over and WC the other two have ensuite shower rooms and WC s. A double room with ensuite shower and WC and finally a twin room which also has its own en suite shower and WC.

The family bathroom completes the accommodation and this spacious bathroom has a corner bath and WC. Heading outside you will find an attractive terrace which encompasses the property on two sides this has garden furniture Barbeque and private hot tub for your enjoyment.
