The area immediately surrounding the property not only has many picturesque villages to explore but also offers a range of attractions including Roadford Reservoir 6.5 miles. The property s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude s sandy beaches exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel all within 22 miles. This split level barn conversion really has been cleverly converted the entrance hall sits between the two bedrooms with stairs down to a large middle landing where you can access the enclosed patio-area through double-height glazed doors. The barn really does flood with light throughout and is incredibly spacious. You ll find a stylish kitchen equipped with everything you ll need for your holiday whether its a picnic for your day exploring or a special evening meal around the dining table with seating for all. Cosy up on one of the two sofas pop a log or two on the fire and watch the Smart TV after a day rambling your surroundings. Heading upstairs you ll find the double bedroom with vaulted ceilings and an equally stylish twin bedroom both have their own ensuite shower rooms. The enclosed seating-area is accessed via the door on the middle landing and has an enclosed patio ideal for a spot of al fresco dining or a dip in the hot tub under the star-lit sky enjoying sunsets and sunrises or simply listening to the nearby wildlife.
