Visit a concert hall or a theatre that offers a diverse range of music dance art and plays. Seasonal boating and fishing on the picturesque Tay River or a day at Perth Leisure Pool.

As you step inside the hallway of this luxurious detached single-level property you will find ample storage space for your outdoor clothing and personal belongings and a handy utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
