This charming Lakeland converted farmhouse is situated on a working sheep farm surrounded by the Northern Fells with fabulous views towards Blencathra. The location may feel rural but you are only a mile away from Threlkeld village which boasts country pubs a cricket pavilion and a golf course. Enjoy a walk into the market town of Keswick only 4 miles away along the old railway path. Annually Keswick hosts the Mountain Festival with world-class sports outdoor activities talks and films along with live music. There are some fabulous walks cycling routes and climbing opportunities all available on your doorstep. If you fancy a day of pampering why not treat yourself to a spa day in one of the local hotels or visit the Lakes Distillery for a tour and tasting session. This recently renovated cottage has been finished to a very high standard. Walk into the open-plan living space with a contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar which looks over the lounge. The lounge has a wall-mounted Smart TV a comfy sofa and is the perfect place to curl up after a long day exploring with a glass of wine and a good book. Off the lounge you will find the bathroom. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find the spacious master suite which has a beamed ceiling and stunning views over the fells.
