Anglers can enjoy trout fishing at Loch Leven the Loch is also a haven for wildlife enthusiasts with the RSPB Loch Leven centre part of the word-famous Loch Leven National Nature Reserve which is one of Europe s most significant sites for birds. Golfers will be delighted with an array of local courses with the world-renowned Gleneagles and The Old Course within easy reach.

Entering the single storey property from the garden through to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wonderful panoramic views across the hills and Loch Leven.
