Unwind in peace and tranquility in the heart of the charming Peak District village of Barlow which lies right on the eastern fringe of the Peak District National Park. Within easy reach is the spa town of Buxton and the market town of Bakewell famous for the original Bakewell Pudding. Spend days out walking The Edges or wander around local market towns and picturesque villages. Chatsworth House Hardwick Hall and Haddon Hall are all within easy reach by car and provide fun for the whole family. The location provides numerous footpaths from the village leading to explore the surrounding countryside. Walking through the garden from the parking area and down a few steps brings you to the back door of this end terrace cottage which opens up into the kitchen/diner. This is well-equipped with electric range oven and electric hob fridge microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining table situated in the heart of the kitchen which is large enough to get the whole party around for a lazy breakfast or celebration dinner. There is a handy utility space with washing machine freezer and tumble dryer accessed via an external door. Double doors open up through to the lounge with ample comfortable seating and TV/DVD great to put your feet up after a tough day walking the hills. Up the stairs the cottage presents three bedrooms two doubles and one twin. There is a bathroom with roll top bath shower and WC. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a spacious garden. The hot tub is tucked away undercover as is the BBQ so you can enjoy it whatever the weather. There is a patio with outdoor furniture which is great for summer nights and al fresco dining.
