This delightful property with views towards the Blackdown Hills is set near to the owner s small holding adjoining 220 acre nature reserve and small garden nursery. During the summer freshly baked cakes cream teas and light lunches are cooked and served in the small tea shop and garden. An ideal spot for those requiring a peaceful and relaxing holiday with many walks to enjoy direct from the property as well as being walking distance to the village pub. Situated in the lovely Vale of Taunton Deane on the Somerset/Devon border you will have a vast choice of walks cycle routes fishing and birdwatching to choose from or you can visit the popular beaches of Beer Seaton and Lyme Regis on the Devon and Dorset coast and Minehead Watchet and Blue Anchor on the Somerset coast. Upon entering the delightful accommodation you are greeted with a light and airy farmhouse style kitchen/diner which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. The well-equipped kitchen area has a range cooker with a griddle plate two electric ovens and a gas hob fridge microwave coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine. From here you will enter the lounge which is a large warm light and airy room in the summer you can open the folding doors to let the outside in and in the cooler months create a cosier feel with the wood burner. You can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on Sky TV or a DVD. The ground floor bedroom has a four-poster double bedroom which has a TV and a shower within the room. Adjacent to this bedroom is the ground floor bathroom with spa bath and WC. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Heading upstairs are a further two bedrooms. One twin bedroom which has a cupboard full of books toys and games for younger visitors and one king-size with a TV shower within the room and boasts double aspect windows looking over woodland full of bluebells in spring on one side and open countryside on the other. There is also a separate WC on the first floor too. Venturing outside from the folding doors within the lounge there is a private sheltered patio with seating and lights for the evening it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ. This leads to the large mature and private garden which has panoramic countryside views here you will find the secluded hot tub in a gazebo. Off-road parking for three cars can be found at the front of the property.
