A private lane leads to the ten-acre farm with horses where this property is situated close to the owner s farmhouse. The peaceful atmosphere here makes it a wonderful location for those who want to escape daily life and yet still be able to visit many of Cornwall s most popular destinations. The harbour town of Fowey is situated eleven miles from the property where visitors can enjoy visiting the independent shops try out one of the many eateries take a walk along the esplanades and watch the fishing boats return with the day s catch. The Eden Project is also within easy reach and is a must-see for visitors to the area. On entering this property guests will immediately get a sense of the history to this converted barn with its exposed beams slate floor and stone fireplace in the lounge. The fireplace is now home to a cosy wood burner (for which a starter pack is provided) which guests can enjoy from the comfortable leather sofas. There is also a TV/DVD. The separate dining room is just off the lounge through a set of double doors whilst less formal meals can be taken at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. For added convenience there is a handy boot room located next to the kitchen with a Belfast sink and WC. There is also a ground-floor shower room.
