Set in the beautiful rolling countryside near Aberystwyth and the Cambrian Mountains and surrounded by working farmland this lovely property is ideally situated for a variety of great days out for all. The fantastic town of Aberystwyth is just six miles away and offers a great beach pier and funicular railway as well as plenty of great places to eat and drink. Nant yr Arian with its excellent visitor centre is eight miles away and is perfect for woodland walks breathtaking views and the Red Kite feeding centre.

Just over ten miles away you will find stunning beaches and the opportunity to see remnants of the submerged forest at Borth. On entering this delightful and traditional holiday cottage you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The attractive and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in complete with TV and DVD.

There is a charming dining area and you will find the elegantly designed kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer. Heading outside you can relax in the enclosed garden with lawn and patio area with seating which leads down into grounds which are shared with the other properties on-site and which includes a children s play area. You will also have access to a private hot tub.
