Introduction

This traditional North Devon fishing village with its nautical past is great to explore. Within a short walk are shops galleries family pubs serving food restaurants and the Maritime Museum. A great base to explore the whole of North Devon there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor gardens The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! is nearby known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The village also has an array of restaurants bars shops cafes and amusements. In the evenings why not relax in the garden or enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub. There are a couple of steps up into the property however as you enter this luxurious single storey coastal retreat take a moment to enjoy the grandness. The magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer coffee machine and dishwasher. The fabulous lounge area offers an impressive floor to ceiling feature window allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV or just enjoy views. After a long day head down the hall where you will find the four bedrooms a super-king-size (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV a cosy twin with TV and Wii console a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC and a further king-size with TV and en-suite wet room with WC. You will also find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. To the end of the hall you will reach the garage area with washing machine tumble dryer surf board racks and a table tennis table. Outside the garden wraps around the property offering a private hot tub lawn area and decked area with garden furniture. The property offers off-road parking for two cars.
