Walk along the magnificent coastal footpaths take a boat trip out to Lundy Island or closer to home why not stroll through the village which has remained virtually unchanged for years and even enjoy a drink or bite to eat in one of the villages several pubs. Explore Hartland s 12th century Abbey and glorious gardens visit the Quay Museum or Lighthouse. For families there are a wide variety of sandy beaches ideal for surfing or body boarding and there are numerous theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

All-in-all an ideally placed holiday location for couples or small families. On entering the bungalow you are greeted by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner stylishly furnished with under floor heating corner suite and Smart TV it s a great social area whether you are cooking dining or just relaxing. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner including an electric oven and induction hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Patio doors lead out from the lounge down a step into the sun room overlooking the garden. The bedrooms are all accessed off the lounge you will find a double with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and two twin bedrooms both with TVs. There is a bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC and discretely houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading outside there is a level patio area with garden furniture and an extensive lawn area with built-in BBQ hot tub and far reaching countryside views.

From the patio area you can access the games room in the garage which has a small snooker table football table and a collection of small toys. There is off-road parking for two cars on the drive.
