Heading outside there is a level patio area with garden furniture and an extensive lawn area with built-in BBQ hot tub and far reaching countryside views. From the patio area you can access the games room in the garage which has a small snooker table football table and a collection of small toys. There is off-road parking for two cars on the drive.
