Visit Swallow Falls the miniature railway Conwy Valley Railway Museum Conwy Castle and National Trusts Bodnant Gardens. Take the challenges of Snowdon s summit Surf Snowdonia and the Zip World Caverns. This is an all year round destination for an active or relaxing holiday with friends and family. Enter in to the sun filled breakfast room flooded with natural light tempting you to take time to enjoy a coffee and the stunning view of rolling countryside. Down the corridor you will find a separate WC the utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer and the ground floor wet room with shower and WC. If you decide to eat in head to the well-equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal from the electric oven and hob microwave fridge and dishwasher to all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. Across the wooden panelled hall with well stocked bookcase the inviting lounge/diner awaits you with the enormous feature fireplace and wood burner taking centre stage surrounded by comfy sofas perfect to relax with a good book or watch a film from the collection of DVD s on the TV/DVD. The dining table is well positioned to gather round for a meal and plan your activities or enjoy a game of cards. Meander up the stairs to three welcoming bedrooms please mind your head on the beams and doorways. There is a double bedroom with an additional single bed and an en-suite shower and WC as well as a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Relax in the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside you can unwind in the hot tub test your skill in the games room with pool table table football and darts or explore the 240 acres of national park grounds. The enclosed garden has a few places with table and chairs you can enjoy a BBQ on the patio by the sun room or take tea and cakes on the upper patio or take a picnic to the top of the hill and embrace the uninterrupted majestic rural views. If you are bringing your bike or canoe there is space in the lockable games room. Private parking for four cars at the property.
